You're not the only one who takes the weight of the world onto her shoulders and tries to do it all. I'm currently struggling with the same thing, and your post had me nodding along because holy cow, I could have written this. (Except I'm struggling with the whole prioritizing myself bit currently.) You're not alone. And now, I desperately want to dive right into this power bowl because it looks like something I need. I may or may not have stress eaten four doughnuts today, so veggies are definitely in order ASAP..
